Currently at TechnoServe, Inc. as a Cloud Solutions Engineer, delivering data-driven products for global agricultural development. Active maintainer of AGStack TerraTrac, an open-source EUDR compliance platform.

Civic engagement platform built in partnership with the Rwanda Governance Board — a permanent, always-on assembly where citizens submit issues and ideas to their cell leaders via PWA, SMS, or USSD. Leaders resolve submissions with SLA tracking and an append-only accountability audit log.
